Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, once it has shipped it cannot be canceled nor returned. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed to be made before shipping. 

Refunds
Refunds are accepted before shipping the items to you. Once they have left my possession, all sales are final.
